王平,男,理学博士,生物纳米技术研究院院长,教授。1995年2月毕业于塔夫茨大学(美国)化学工程专业。国家级重点人才工程入选者。多年来集中于生物工程技术在绿色化工、材料、食品和健康等领域的应用,其所开展的纳米生物催化与材料技术研究引领了生物技术新发展的一个备受关注的新领域。同时积极参与技术产业化发展,先后被聘为Guidant Corporation, Beckman Coulter,丰田汽车北美技术究中心以及中国万华化学集团的技术和科学顾问。

目前研究方向或领域:

1. 酶的固定化策略和催化工艺研究;2. 水产蛋白的高值化利用;3. 海洋生物基材料开发利用;4. 水产污染智能监控。
